Over the past decade or so, as I have schlepped back and forth between California, New York, England, and Israel, I have learned how to minimize pain while traveling. Someone has been sending me your blogs. I have them to be very interesting; I have SLE lupus, CNS lupus, fibromyalgia, severe intractible migraines, diabetes, and I think that is it. But I am always in pain — each day it just depends on the degree of pain that I am in and my ability to function. Please sign me up for your blogs.

Thank you.
