Anti-Inflammatory, Anti-Oxidant, Sweet Vegan Smoothie without Sweetner or Soy Milk
OK so following a conversation with my nutritionist, I’m getting rid of any sweetners, natural or not (maple syrup, agave, honey), and I’m getting rid of soy products. I’ll write about the decision more in depth in a future post. Meanwhile, here’s a totally yum-delish smoothie I made today. Wicked sweet, thanks to dates, coconut, and raisins, not to mention strawberries and blueberries! All the ingredients are organic. Mmm mmm good!

- Frozen blueberries
- Peanut butter
- Walnuts
- Flax seeds
- Pumpkin seeds
