At last! A Vegan Coffee Drink that I Love!

The other day I went to the local co-op and felt like a little kid in a toy store, when I was in the spices section. They had tons of spices, herbs, and teas, and I got all kinds of concoctions – including a pumpkin spice blend, which combines cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and cloves.

Next I bought a French coffee press, which I have been wanting for months, since I discovered that coffee made that way is far stronger and tastier than drip coffee or even espresso. So today I made French roast coffee in my French coffee press, then added coconut milk and my new pumpkin spice blend.

OH. MY. GAWD!!!!! I have not enjoyed coffee like that since I became a vegan and ditched the mocha lattes.
