My first responsibility is to keep Loolwa safe. While that may sound like a no-brainer, you’d be surprised by how many injuries or setbacks occur during the course of a person's attempt to get back in shape!
Keeping Loolwa safe requires that I am fully engaged in what is happening, during every part of each exercise.
