I can relate to much of what you say. (ie my own personal trials in same.)
I do not recommend spending so much time on a wireless laptop. M. radiation taxes and overstimulates the nervous system..thereby weakening the body..just as overstressing in any other way depletes our adrenals. If you must, at least use a plug- in one.

Also I would like to suggest that you read, study and practise what the Abraham teachings say.
I am in the same place a bit and changing our ways and thought -spaces of a lifetime -in pattern- is no easy or quick task to be accomplished as a new way of operating. It takes reading it over and over and over every day and then trying hard to apply it..first to just one thing at a time. VERY , very difficult when in pain since pain demands attention. but if we can get our thoughts onto somethng else more than they are on the pain, eventually the pain will diminish somewhat and then some more.

I suggest their 2nd book - my favorite- called: New Beginnings II by Jerry and Ester Hicks. They (the many Abraham books) are all good, but I especially like this one and I cannot re-read its messages and suggestions TOO often. It takes time to change and some of us have patterns that are so set in their ways and more yrs on us than you do.

Thank you so much for your blog and excellent ability for writing.
