One of the main reasons I started this blog was to hold myself accountable for manifesting my potential, for rising to the best of my abilities every day. After all, if I'm spouting advice on dancing with pain (both physically and metaphorically) what the hell right do I have to sit and drown in my own little pity party?
My goal is not just to get out of pain, but to become athletic ...
