Dance with Your Nose

I am getting shots of nerve pain from being in front of the computer, so my blog post today is simple: DANCE. Lie down in bed and turn on music in your crappy-ass bedside radio and move your nose if it’s the only thing that doesn’t hurt. Don’t even put on the music expecting to move. Just put on music and let it happen. And with that I bid you a pain-free weekend and Shebbath Shalom!
