Dancing Out Thigh/Groin Pain with Duran Duran

It works it works it works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I guess the last 48 hours of video mania have paid off! Here is a video of me dancing out thigh/groin pain with Duran Duran in my living room — towards the end of my morning sequence. Just be forewarned that it stops for five seconds here are there. I shall continue to strive for perfection, but meanwhile this oughta do the trick!

Background on what’s going on: Following my Monday afternoon training session, during which Nina and I focused on my lower body strengthening, my thigh/groin area felt super tight and painful enough that it was hard to walk. I spent the next two days in my apartment — laying low, icing, and dancing. When I was dancing I felt better. Here’s me shaking my groove thang.
