Paula Kamen, author of All in My Head and guest columnist at The New York Times, has just written a fabulous article on chronic pain — for which she interviewed yours truly, along with sassy chronic pain bloggers Jenni Prokopy of ChronicBabe.com and Kerrie Smyres of TheDailyHeadache.com. We love you Paula!

I HAVE VARIOUS AREAS IN MY BODY THAT GIVE ME PAIN.  EMINATING FROM SPINE LOWER LUMBER REGION.  FEET HAVE BLOWN UP.  DIABETES RELATED.  RIGHT SHOULDER PAIN EMANATING FROM SPINE.  KIDNEY DISEASE THAT IS NOT CURABLE BUT IS CONTROLABLE.  I WAS USING LORACET TO CONTROL THE VARIOUS PAIN AREAS.  I USED A LOT OF LORACET 10/650.  I STILL HAVE THE PAIN BUT MY DR’S HAVE DEEMED ME RISK TO GET HOOKED ON LORCET.  I AM 6 FEET TALL AND WAY WITH MY EDEMA 255.  I AM 68 YEAQRS OLD.  SO WHATS THE BIG DEAL WITH MY USE OF LORACET.
