Delicious and Nutritious Dinner and Dessert

This was my totally yum-delish dinner and dessert tonight, with all-organic, fresh ingredients:

I cut up a carrot, ¼ jalapeno pepper, cilantro, garlic, and collard greens. I threw them into a pan with about half a can of coconut milk (the real deal, not the light bullshit). Then I added cooked millet, which I had prepared earlier in the day, and I threw in some spices – chili pepper and black pepper, methinks.

Meanwhile, I took a couple of spoonfuls of peanut butter and added purified water, stirring until it became a watery sauce. Then, once the veggie concoction was done cooking, I combined all the ingredients into a bowl and added sea salt. Sooooo good!

For dessert, I threw into a blender frozen strawberries, pineapple juice, a Bosc pear, three leaves of rainbow chard, some raisins, a banana, and water, and I blended for quite a while, until it was all smooth. Mmm-mmm tasty!
