I truly enjoyed your blog! Especially in regard to forming some sense of mastery or control over the behavior before having the food back in the house.. Very nice. I love the book, as it is in a storytelling form, "Eating in he Light of The Moon" more for the eating disorder issues but truly it asks what we are hungry for.
Thanks

A great book to help with compulsive eating is Marc David's "Nourishing Wisdom". I have read many books on diet and eating, and this one stands out as one of a kind. And no, I don't get anything out of this.
