These are the self-healing steps on my agenda today and every day.

  1. Bike
  2. Dance
  3. Sing
  4. Play a musical instrument
  5. Meditate and pray
  6. Read from a book on healing
  7. Take alkaline, anti-oxidant, cancer-fighting supplements
  8. Drink green tea
  9. Eat greens
  10. Eat cilantro
  11. Socialize
  12. Take multivitamins
