My Impromptu Vegan Recipes
I love vegan cooking! I have tons of vegetables and fruits all over the damn place, and I’m like a mad scientist in the kitchen, throwing in a little bit of this and a little bit of that. I’m making the yummiest, most delicious dishes ever, because there are so many tasty ingredients and so much variety.
My mom is going to get me a book to write down my impromptu recipes, because by the time I get back to the computer, I can’t remember what the hell I threw in the pot! But here’s a quinoa salad I just made today. I think I can recall all the ingredients (all-organic). Enjoy!
Salad:
- Cooked quinoa
- Chopped raw beets
- Sliced celery
- Chopped yellow onion
- Chopped fresh cilantro
- Chopped fresh basil
- Chopped fresh garlic
- Chopped Persian cucumber
- Oregano spice
- Salt
Sauce
- Almond butter mixed with water to desired consistency
