OMG my dinner tonight was ridiculous. This is what I ate, in chronological order:
- 1 cup of chocolate ice cream (can you spell h-a-p-p-y?)
- 13 tortilla chips (made out of flax, soy, tomatoes, carrots, and other veggies), dipped in 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 dolma
- 1 chunky piece of a whole grain loaf of bread, with feta cheese, tomatoes, and cucumbers (wished I had olives)
OK it doesn’t look as ridiculous when I write it down, but it just felt like this motley crew of foods. Certainly not as methodical (veggies, protein, fruit, grain) as I usually eat. But oh so YUM.
