It really gives me hope for the future. At 59, I am suffering from Fibromyalgia, but the worst problem is advanced arthritis in my hips.  I have lived with pain so long that I can't remember what being pain-free feels like.  But I do remember when I was younger and dating, I would begin to dance with much pain in my hips and after a while the pain would disappear! I could move freely and enjoyed myself. So, after I heal from both hips being replaced this year (no cartilage left in them), I will begin to dance again! Maybe this will help with the fibro too!
