Great to talk with you the other day. I think I mentioned a woman who has made raw vegan eating–to combat cancer–her life’s work. Kris Carr is a force! Here is a link to her latest book.
Also, check out her websites. and her community, (you have to register). She did a documentary a few years ago that ran on Lifetime and other TV channels, about her diagnosis at some ridiculously young age with cancer, and how she–as you are doing–completely revamped her diet. She then went on to study at the Hippocrates Institute. She’s a wealth of information and has aggregated so much valuable information in her books and on her websites, all in a fun, lively, kick-ass tone.
