I just got back from the farmer’s market, where I stocked up on delicious, fresh-from-the-earth, organic produce. OMG my kitchen smelled so yummy when I unpacked the bags! After eating a scrumptious salad and cooked greens, I combined my need for daily protein with my hankering for something sweet. Ingredients
- 1 handful of strawberries
- 1 Fuji apple
- Plain yogurt
- Powdered cinammon
- Raw maple syrup
Steps
- Cut the apple into chunks
- Slice the strawberries, ditch the green tops
- Combine both fruits in a bowl
- Add 1 cup plain yogurt
- Generously sprinkle cinammon powder on top
- Add 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
- Enjoy!
