Try an anti-inflammatory, probiotic, antioxidant dessert for natural pain relief

I just got back from the farmer’s market, where I stocked up on delicious, fresh-from-the-earth, organic produce. OMG my kitchen smelled so yummy when I unpacked the bags! After eating a scrumptious salad and cooked greens, I combined my need for daily protein with my hankering for something sweet. Try this anti-inflammatory, probiotic, antioxidant dessert for natural pain relief!

Ingredients

  1. 1 handful of strawberries
  2. 1 Fuji apple
  3. Plain yogurt
  4. Powdered cinammon
  5. Raw maple syrup

Steps

  1. Cut the apple into chunks
  2. Slice the strawberries, ditch the green tops
  3. Combine both fruits in a bowl
  4. Add 1 cup plain yogurt
  5. Generously sprinkle cinammon powder on top
  6. Add 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
  7. Enjoy!
