And kudos to you for clearly asking for the relief you would like, i.e. this doc&#039;s insurance to pay for your alternative medicine that helps. I do acupuncture too, and although my acupuncturist gives me a 25 percent discount, which is very generous, $45 per session is still a lot of money when it helps most if I go at least twice per week. It&#039;s not like my budget has an extra $100 a week for mad money, but it&#039;s the only thing that helps these days other than major narcotics so ... 

Anyway, the letter is dated from March. I&#039;m guessing by the fact that you&#039;re posting it in August means Dr. C did NOT come through for you, or his insurance company didn&#039;t. :( He really should have put you in touch with his insurance company as soon as you expressed having eye problems which he apparently admitted in writing that was his fault. It&#039;s not even malpractice insurance that would cover that, it&#039;s his regular business coverage. I cant believe he stonewalled you about that, or the amount of grief you&#039;ve had to go through to get referrals to the specialists you clearly need. It&#039;s just so unfair and so incredibly frustrating. I really feel for you, and I&#039;m so sorry you&#039;ve had to go through this.</description>
